Working as part of a global team of Safety & Risk experts across TUI, as Senior Data Analyst within our Safety & Risk team you will be accountable for the design and development of analytical solutions using a variety of technologies and techniques while workingalongside the team to ensure the safety of our customers. You will be deriving and maintaining the data requirements needed in transformation from business unit specific reporting to group reporting and be an evangelist for data management best-practices.

The Safety & Risk Senior Business Intelligence Analyst takes the reporting of the Safety & Risk Data Analyst.

**This role is available to be based in the following locations : Luton, London, Rijswijk, Hannover, Zaventem or Stockholm.**

**ABOUT THE JOB**

As a Senior Data Analyst, you have a fantastic opportunity to shape our reporting landscape within Group Security, Health & Safety and work closely with experts across business units and group to drive alignment between local and global reporting and a commonbusiness understanding of the data. You will need excellent communication and influencing skills to bring multiple and varied stakeholders together, as well as project management skills to handle dependencies and drive a timely delivery of data in line withthe data project roadmap.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
**Group Security, Health & Safety**
- Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, consult with them on relevant KPIs, agree standardisation principles where appropriate and recommend the most fit-for-purpose data solutions catering to businessneeds
- Take ownership of the data delivery roadmap and work in cooperation with the Policy & Compliance Manager, defining and prioritising business requirements in line with stakeholder needs and data dependencies.

**Dashboards and Insight**
- Lead the design, build and maintenance of timely, insightful, and engaging reports, self-service dashboards as well as ad-hoc analysis to provide measurement of business risk across our portfolio of hotels, resorts, excursions and transport providers withthe objective of driving informed data led decision-making

**Data**
- Lead the gathering and implementation of data requirements for our reporting environment and coordinate with the wider function to ensure that they are fit for dashboarding purposes, and we have the breadth and quality of data required to standardise reportingacross areas.
- Have good understanding of the business problem and proactively identify potential data solutions to check the data robustness in liaison with source market data experts
- Prepare data for dashboarding including joining different data sources and quality assurance
- Identify, request, and manage data requirements for changes and new value-adding data sources

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in processing and collating large amounts of data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI (Python knowledge would also be desirable) & the ability to engage with technical and non-technical users to gather, understand and build businessdata requirements
- Experience of communicating with senior stakeholders and industry partners; managing expectations as well as the ability to work independently using own initiative
- Significant knowledge and experience in data, data warehousing techniques and data engineering
