The Office of Legal Obligation (OLO) program is a firm-wide, global initiative that brings together the expertise of Legal, Lines of Business (LOBs), Oversight & Control, Compliance, Risk and other key control functions, to proactively manage regulatory changes in our operations and allow us to trace end-to-end connections between laws, rules and regulations on the one hand, and our policies and procedures that demonstrate compliance on the other.

The JPMorgan Risk and Compliance OLO / LRCM team is responsible for the oversight and management Risk End-to-End Legal and Regulatory Process Program ("Program").

The team is also responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and reporting of a program that ensures that obligations are drafted and proceed through the process lifecycle to completion and to support an ongoing change management process. This includes building awareness of the program in the Firm and ensuring consistency in global understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Delivering the Compliance OLO & LRCM agenda through ongoing development, implementation of business as usual models and ongoing delivery against SLAs
- Partnering and seeking synergies across the department to ensure a consistent approach on models and processes
- Support the Compliance OLO & LRCM Control processes (Challenger Framework etc.) and Escalation Frameworks, supporting the development of future requirements
- Work collaboratively with broader Risk & Compliance OLO & LRCM Program teams (inc technology & QA) and Compliance area SMEs to assist & keep abreast of developments implementing best practices wherever possible
- Partnering with stakeholders aligned to the OLO & LRCM Programs including; Legal, Compliance, Finance, Business partners and the various line of business
- Identify challenges, issues and queries, facilitating resolution and closure and any requisite remediation
- Engagement with Compliance Policy Contacts, Risk Subject Matter Experts and Lead Business Managers, ensuring appropriate oversight and governance, aligned to the Firmwide operating model
- Report on progress of OLO & LRCM to the Firmwide Risk Control Committee, OLO central and other Compliance and OLO governance bodies (e.g. Regional CRO forums)

**Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Being a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to communicate and escalate appropriately across a large audience
- Strong project and/or program management experience
- Strong familiarity with the Risk Management & Compliance organization - preferred though not essential
- Highly Competent in MS PowerPoint and Excel preferred
- SQL, Alteryx, and Access with MIS preferred though not essential
- Tableau or other business intelligence experience preferred
- Experience liaising and managing technology requirements preferred
- Able to challenge and work through issues to reach a resolution alongside other teams
- Proven experience in a process driven environment
- Strong organizational skills, and exposure to issue and conflict resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) preferred though not essential
