Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer- Westminster

My client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Drainage, Civil and Flood Risk Engineering, is searching for a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join an established team of Flood Risk and Drainage specialists based in Westminster.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing FloodRisk Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Surface Water Drainage Strategy and Residential Drainage or Sewerage Designs using Microdrainage.
It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience completing Hydraulic Modelling.
Applicants will also be supported to complete the following;
- Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1, 2 and 3.
- Surface Water Management Plans.
- Surface Water and Foul Drainage Strategy.
- Detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage.
- Drainage Area Planning.
- Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller and Hec-Ras.
