We're looking for a Stores Keeper/ Admin Clerk at our Skegness Depot.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the primary duties in this role are ensuring our stores hold essential parts, reordering stock as required, liaising with our suppliers, ordering urgent VOR parts, KPI data reports, General Office Duties, Data Processing.

The ideal post holder should have knowledge of
- Computer systems (including spreadsheets)
- Stock control procedures and budgetary constraints
- How to use and understand parts catalogues and online portals
- Sources of parts/material supply
- Sound personal skills including, communication, motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Planning & prioritising
- Analysing & Decision making
- Knowledge of automotive parts (desirable but not essential)
- Able to safely lift packages and parts Maximum 20kg

The role is primarily Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours a week, and such additional hours as may be required for the efficient performance of the post.

A clean driving licence and fork truck licence are desirable but not essential.
