Head of Delegate Sales - London - Hybrid working - £60,000 + OTE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Delegate Sales to join an international and well-established training and events company in central London.

This position is offered on a hybrid working basis -2 days in their London office.

Our client is looking for an energetic sales leader with the know-how and experience needed to lead and manage a B2B events delegate sales team.

In this role you will take full responsibility for leading, managing and inspiring a specialist sales team to deliver the results required.

This role will include creating, executing, and articulating clear sales plans for each event and product.

Key deliverables will include creating sales strategy as well as managing high performing sales teams. Ideally you will have managed teams up to 8 in size, andenjoy developing people and work hard at creating the right balance between driving the teamto achieve the goal, alongside ensuring a happy and fulfilled team.

It is important that you can demonstrate the ability to build rapport and create good working relationships with stakeholders.

As well as working in a creative and positive environment, Hybrid working -2 days in their London office.The salary on offer is up £60,000 as well as 30,000 OTE and company benefits such income protection, pension plan, flexi benefits and 25 days holiday.
