**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**
- Bar staff must work well under pressure, interacting with customers to provide the best service, satisfying their requests in a timely manner.
- Adapt to working towards deadlines in opens and close downs.

**Operational Duties**
- Taking beverage orders from customers, serving drinks as requested, paying attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of roles, including cloakroom, ticket scanning and various private hire duties.
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Cleaning the bar and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory in accordance with the layout guided by management
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour. Think check 21.

**Job Requirements**
- Flexible - This role requires flexibility in terms of working patterns and shifts, we are open (up to) 7 days a week and expect the Bar Staff to embrace a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
