Payroll Adminstrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll administrator to join our friendly office and be a valued member of our accounts team at Jet Plant Hire limited who are a leading specialists within the road planing industry.
**Role Responsibilities include**:
- Responsible for the input of weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll
- Responsible for collating information - hours worked, time sheets, overtime, bonuses, etc
- Calculating correct amounts to pay, deductions, overtime, bonuses, allowances for employees etc
- Run reports and produce p45
- Inputting data onto Payroll system
- Arranging for payments to be made to employees
- Processing starter/leaver details and bank details
- Responding to payroll queries
- Payroll and HMRC submissions
- General Office administration & other duties to help ensure the smooth running of a busy office
**Qualifications**
- Previous Sage payroll experience essential
- Microsoft Word & Excel understanding
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good at problem solving and thinking logically
- Good system knowledge
- Able to use own initiative
- Respectful of confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict/pressurised situations
Part Time - approx. 3 days per week but hours negotiable.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
