Veterinary Receptionist

**Veterinary Receptionist - Stoke Bishop Surgery - Zetland Veterinary Group**:We are looking for a receptionist to join our lovely team at our busy RCVS accredited branch surgery in Bristol. We are a well-established practice within a group of seven sites in Bristol, and pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and high clinical standards to our patients.

**Duties include**:managing the diary, booking appointments and operations, welcoming clients and patients, dispensing medications and food, taking payments and answering the phone. This is a temporary 12 month maternity cover position.

**Hours - 36.5 hrs per week**

**Monday 8:30am - 7pm at Stoke Bishop**

**Tuesday 8:30am - 7pm at Stoke Bishop**

**Wednesday 8:30am - 7pm at Stoke Bishop**

**Thursday 1pm - 7pm at Stoke Bishop**

**Friday OFF**

**1:4 Saturdays at the hospital on Zetland Rd 8:30am - 5pm as part of a rota**

**We are looking for someone with the following skills**:

- Good customer care, both face to face and on the telephone
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy shifts
- Experience within the veterinary environment an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
