The Product Owner is responsible for the execution of Sensata product roadmap.

As the Product Owner you are part of the Agile team, your role is to translate the product + their features into requirements and tasks for the development team."

General Responsibilities
- Define & leads execution of new + existing product, inclusive of product features, roadmap in line with Sensata Insights strategic goals and plan for the future
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Managers, Sales & operations on the positioning of the products and ensuring that customer/market expectations are met
- Leads team to translate the product vision into detailed requirements + tasks, defining program backlog refinement and planning
- Experience with agile/scrum development and fast to market development principles
- Develop and manage all aspects of product development from planning, resources, budget, change and risks
- Define project success criteria, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis and communicate project metrics to the management team
- Drive Product launch + support operations with product ramp up

Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience managing Hardware + Software product execution
- Proven track record of taking a product or group of products through significant growth in terms of customers and revenue

- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
