General Handyman/woman

This job would suite suit a semi-retired or retired applicant.

**JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

Able to commute between our 2 homes; Brabourne Care Centre and Folkestone Care Centre.

**Painting and general maintenance**

Reporting to the Maintenance Operative Manager.

Ensure that the decoration of the home is to the highest standard and snagging items dealt with in a timely manner.

Assist the other teams within the home to provide a clean and welcoming environment.

Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as repairs, water temperatures and monthly checks.

**Health and Safety**

Ensure equipment and environment is safe within the home.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour
