**Equans is looking for a Mobile Handyperson to join our team covering Reading and the surrounding area on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary up to £32,000 per annum. In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**:

- To report directly to the Contract Manager with responsibility for the delivery of Handyman works including decoration, carpentry, assistance to electrical and mechanical engineers, space planning/office moves, re-lamping, emergency lighting test, plantroom inspections
- The role will involve the development and maintenance of good working relationships with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism

**Who are we looking for?**:

- C&G qualifications or equivalent
- General Electrical Knowledge
- Extensive experience of M&E Building services in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of the use of CAFM systems
- Full UK Driving Licence

This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
