**Role Description / The Team**:
The Senior Process Design Consultant reports into the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR), Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations organization. This role is critical to designing solutions and supporting the change environment across the large variety of functions within Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR), Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations. Key components of the role include:
Through collaboration with peers, process owners and key business partners, a senior process design consultant on this team will:

- Lead the design of target state solutions in support of major change and business transformation initatives
- Document current and target state process maps
- Document employee and customer journeys
- Drive horizontal thinking in our process and technology capabilities
- Analyze impacts and data to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and increased process efficiency
- Maintain the Single Process Inventory process maps
- Develop and maintain a current, in-depth understanding of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR), Tax, and Credit Reporting processes
- Lead and drive forward continuous improvement initiatives

**Core Skills**:

- 5+ years of business design experience including process, people and technology design
- 2+ years of change management / project management / strategy implementation experience
- Expert ability to document process flows from conceptual design to detailed design using Visio, ARIS or comparable process mapping tools
- Expert with MS PowerPoint to construct and deliver presentations that enable others to grasp and embrace new concepts and outcomes
- Proficient to expert facilitation skills, able to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Expert ability to identify synergies between areas, finding cross functional opportunities for shared technology requirements and solutions
- Avid learner comfortable navigating new situations with high degrees of complexity
- Understanding technology capabilities for example in terms of automation
- Previous Banking / Finance industry experience

**Desired Skills**:

- Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification
- Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting experience
- Financial Services Banking Operations experience
- Advanced Excel skills
