- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, such as kennel and paddocks.
- Handle basic tasks, including painting, and repairs.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency

In busy periods additional duties would include cleaning of kennels and outside spaces, grooming and exercising of dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Assist in the homing process of dogs

Applicants need to be physically fit
- Previous experience with animals or as a maintenance person or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Whilst your primary responsibility will be ensuring a high standard of care for the animals As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the property. Your skills in various areas of maintenance will be utilized
