**Car Bodywork Specialist**

Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years*

The Specialist role is responsible for providing on-site support to our clients in the Iver area. This includes but is not limited to:

- Assess and analyze damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed and develop comprehensive repair plans.
- Perform a wide range of bodywork repairs, including dent removal, scratch repair, panel replacement, frame straightening, and welding.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to carry out repairs effectively and efficiently.
- Prep, sand, and prime vehicle surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color matching for seamless repairs.
- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure proper blending and color consistency on multi-panel repairs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new repair techniques, and advancements in materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Document all repair work, including photographs and detailed notes, for accurate record-keeping and billing purposes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Car Bodywork Specialist with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, materials, and tools.
- Proficiency in using various bodywork tools and equipment, including welders, dent pullers, and frame straightening machines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address unique repair challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the complexity of the repairs.

**Salary**: £350.00-£600.00 per week
