Set on the border of the magnificent Burghley Park, this quirky 27-bedroom hotel offers a stunning 2 rosette restaurant, bar, terrace as well as catering for weddings, conferences and social events in our various function rooms, marquee and gardens.

We are a personality focused hotel passionate about our people, celebrating fresh food, championing seasonality & locally sourced produce.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are set to standard and in time for customer’s requirements.
- Ensure the restaurant is set to standard each night in time for breakfast the next morning and the breakfast buffet is set 15 minutes before
- Ensure that all guest wake-up calls are made at the time requested, and papers delivered to rooms where relevant.
- Assist with breakfast service when required.
- Ensure any room service requests are delivered promptly and to the company standard.
- Carry out night audit to standard when required.
- Participate with night cleaning schedules as directed by the management and ensure all public areas are spotlessly clean - see cleaning schedule (Available from Manager)
