**ESG Advisor**

A passion for purpose and a desire to make a difference means you’ll relish rolling up your sleeves and helping turn our ESG goals into reality as our **ESG Adviser.**

You’ll take a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of ESG activities for our UK business. This means managing our school breakfast club programme, expanding opportunities for employees to volunteer, contributing to our ESG storytelling and supporting on sustainability activity.

Your role will be based between **Media City and working from where works best for you** in a hybrid work schedule with some very occasional travel.

**WHAT WE OFFER**

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Support the ESG Manager in the delivery of the Kellogg’s school breakfast club programme
- Solo management of the Kellogg’s Breakfast Club Network including the database and the development and distribution of newsletters to schools.
- Project managing delivery of the annual Kellogg’s Breakfast Club of the Year Awards
- Building relationships with local Breakfast Clubs, linking Kellogg’s back to its community.
- Help employees get up close to our ESG work by overseeing our employee volunteering programme and working to streamline the processes which surround it.
- Maximise charitable food donations in the UK, working with supply chain colleagues and partners, so that when food waste occurs it is prioritised to feed those in need.
- Support the ESG Manager in delivering against our sustainability commitments in UKI, including engaging our colleagues and our customers on the actions Kellogg’s is taking.
- Partner with BERG and market activation colleagues and support the delivery of Movember or other cause related marketing initiatives.
- Spot opportunities to bring to life our Better Days Promise to colleagues through internal engagement.
- Have your ear to the ground so you can identify a pipeline of Kellogg’s ESG stories for UK corporate communications colleagues to communicate externally
- Support in vital ESG administration; gather data and insight on ESG for colleagues across the business and oversee our Better Days metrics.

- Demonstrable passion for ESG and making a difference to communities
- A self-starter who has the confidence to execute tasks with mínimal supervision
- Good project management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and, at times, with incomplete information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Appetite for continual learning
