- Answering incoming telephone enquires
- Making and cancelling appointments
- Dealing with patients face to face at reception
- Signposting patients to appropriate services
- Processing repeat prescriptions within practice guidelines
- Issuing prescriptions at reception in accordance with practice guidelines
- Issuing blood results to patient after they have been reported by GP
- processing and scanning incoming and outgoing mail
- Any other admin duties as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.59 per hour
