Are you looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Electronics role in the hi-tech electronics sector? My client, based in Fareham, Hampshire, design and manufacture a range of complex electronic products / solutions that are sold all over the world.
Due to expansion, they require an experienced Product Marketing Manager - Electronics to join their business. You will have experience of working on complex electronic products and how to market them. This role offers hybrid working, with 2/3 days remote working,and 2/3 days in the office.
As the company grows geographically and technically it is imperative that the knowledge, information and solutions that are being created locally are shared globally. The successful Product Marketing Manager - Electronics is required to:

- Own the process of interacting with all field offices, technical teams and internal/external partners to centralise this knowledge relating to these activities
- Be the bridge between the technical wizards and the real world where great solutions and ideas need to be shared appropriately
- Embellish the advantages of the company's range of products, both technically and commercially
- Managing the network of partners globally to help them design their products accordingly and differentiate themselves technically on order
The Product Marketing Manager - Electronics skills and experiences required include:

- A background in technology-based solutions
- Experience in marketing activities
- Sales experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
- Ability to interact with technical, marketing, sales, and management teams to develop systems, solutions, plans, and products
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamwork
- Ability to manage priority conflicts, tasks, escalations, and customer support cases
- Experienced in establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
