My client is a tech-based company that specialises in secure digital transactions with a strong R£D component. It deals with start up’s right through to large corporations who are looking to incorporate.NET developer/analystprogrammers.
My client is looking for an ambitious product manager**.**They are looking for someone who wants to stay with the company for a number of years and move up the ladder. As they are looking to rapidly grow their London office, they have made itclear training and progression will be available. They have also said someone can move up the ladder fairly quickly due to the rate they want to grow.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will ensure that the product compiles with all the product offerings and you will help resolve any issues with the development team.
- Focus on working with design on prototypes and user research while also diving into the technical aspects of the product and build close working relationships with development, engineering, infrastructure, product marketing and networking teams.
- You will review technical specifications, architecture and integration/incorporation plans, security, scalability, and infrastructure activities.
- You will also identify critical customer issues, user needs and potential solution concepts.
**Skills**:
- Need to have 3 years plus in a similar role
- Technical acumen and deep familiarity with the nuances and inner workings of the organisation.
- Need to be able to create high
- quality diagrams, mock ups and process flows which will then facilitate the systems design, specification, and knowledge.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to document functionalities and specifications that can be understood by both technical and non-technical users
In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Product and CPO, to whom you will report to, and cross[1]functionally with teams across Product & Engineering, Product Marketing and an Ecosystem of technology and solution partners.
There is huge room for training and progression in this opportunity, as the client is just setting up the London office, they will be looking to rapidly grow the business and at the same time will be looking to promote from within.
