**Endell Equine Hospital in Salisbury has a fantastic opportunity for an Equine Patient Care Assistant to join the team.**

We see a wide and varied caseload and the successful applicant would work within the team of Vets, Nurses and Yard staff and provide some support to the Ambulatory Vets based in the hospital.

**About the role**:
This role will mainly involve:

- Handling patients for examinations and treatments
- Assisting with lameness workups and MRI / Scintigraphy
- General cleaning of the hospital and equipment
- Caring for the inpatients and some yard work

**What we're looking for in our **Equine Patient **Care** Assistant**:
The successful applicant must be:

- Proactive, hardworking and motivated
- Good horse-handling skills
- Some experience within a Veterinary setting would be useful, however in-house training in all aspects will be provided
- An excellent communicator with strong empathy
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- High attention to detail
