Landscape Laborer

**Landscaper / Team Leader**

We are looking for a Landscaper to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate. We offer overtime, insentives and profit sharing. We are looking for dependable individuals who want to be part of a team that is growing every day. We have recently become BALI registered and members of the APL meaning our work has to be compelted to a high standard with guarentees to back it up. This is an oppurtunity to join a fast growing landscaping company with some exciting projects booked for the future.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be confident in all aspects of hard & soft landscaping
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and traffic conditions
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Must have good organisation and communacation skills to lead the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive company or personal vehicle to job site
- Set up the team and complete work to a high standard
- Build and install retaining walls, patios, decking, install water features, etc.
- Maintain equipment at job site while on job site and at home
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
