We are looking for full and part time staff to work in our family agricultural food production business based in the South Molton area. The working hours are 06:30 - 15:30. Hours are on a rota basis and will include one day per weekend, as part of a five-day working week.

Positions are currently available packing food products to quality control standards for distribution and to assist with other basic tasks as part of the daily routine. Other roles may be available depending on ability including the opportunity to develop skills and progress within the business.

No experience is necessary however relevant background experience will be useful. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and hardworking individuals. Full training will be provided. As the locations are in rural areas, own transport is essential. Starting pay is £13.16 per hour for those 21 and over, with annual pay reviews.

**Duties**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operations and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during production

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.16 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
