**The Job You’ll Do;**
- The ability to understand and follow the correct process for using load picking tickets and load builds.
- Work effectively with colleagues to participate and contribute to the successful completion of both personal, team and business quality objectives.
- Report any unsafe equipment, areas, or acts immediately to the warehouse shift manager to resolve issues and maintain 'best practice.’
- Conduct quality checks in line with the quality management system to ensure all products are within expected quality standards, highlighting non-conformance immediately prior to loading.
- Conduct daily equipment checks, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Understand and conduct 5s within all working areas.

**About You;**
- You must hold a RTITB verified counterbalance forklift truck license.
- Have experience working in a warehouse.
- Can work in-line with H&S standards.
- An ability to forward think and problem solve by understanding the process, equipment and the products used.
- Initiative-taking and work towards achieving set KPI’s.
- Able to work well within a team and as an individual within the operation of the finished goods warehouse.
- Ability to learn and follow quality expectations/standards.
- Punctual, self-conscious, and willing to be flexible including overtime.
- Understanding the needs of the business unit and proactively seeking ways to improve.
- Effective communication and prioritisation of work.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
