Dray Driver

Here at **GXO** we are looking for **Drivers Mates** to join our team in **Northampton**. You will be working on a **full-time,** **permanent** basis,**47 hours **per week, **Monday **to** Friday** with start times of between **04:00 **and** 07:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the driver with handling goods while following a strict process
- Assist with loading vehicles, ensuring load is adequately secured
- Take ownership of paperwork
- Work as a banksman when required
- Support depot with the offloading and stowing of empty containers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Customer service driven
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good all-round geographical knowledge (not essential)
- Multi drop experience, manual handling, not essential as training given)
