**Hours**:37.5 Hours Per Week
Monday to Sunday
3 Shifts Per Week

We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Residential Children's Home Team Leaders to join our Accelerated Registered Manager Programme. This unique opportunity offers you the chance to become a Registered Manager within 18 to 24 months, depending on your individual progression.

**Accelerated Registered Manager Programme**:
As part of the programme, you will receive structured training and support from our Learning and Development Team to enhance your skills and knowledge in managing a Residential Children's Home. Furthermore you will be enrolled on a fast track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager with paid study leave to complete the course.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Must have Level 3 in Residential in Children and Young People or equivalent. Experience leading a team shift for 12 months.
- Working with Children/Young people in a residential setting for at least 2 years.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
- DOLS experience
- Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
- Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
- Be confident and resilient
- Computer literacy.
- A driving licence.

**What would I get in return?**
- Salary of £29,200 - £31,200 which equates to £15.00 - £16.00 PH.
