Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a maintenance joiner in Irvine to start immediately.

**About the job**
- To provide assistance to the Technical Team with PPM’s, reactive repairs, renovation and alteration works
- Assist with and carry out minor building/fabric/fittings/plant item repairs e.g. fire door inspections.
- Use of all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works ensuring full compliance with Department Guidelines
- 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri.
- £15 per hour paid on a weekly basis.

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Must possess relevant qualifications in line with the role.
- Knowledge of the techniques of Construction, Manufacturing Repairs and Maintenance.
