Fitness Coach and Club Promoter

We are looking for someone new to join our team as a Club Promoter and Fitness Coach. They'll need to be an ambassador of the énergie fitness products in order to create confident members that will love coming to club. They'll deliver a high level of customer service unrecognised in the fitness industry and consistently be seen as an outstanding member of staff.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Bring the énergie Vision, Core Values and Member Promise to life...MAKE IT REAL - be proud of your club, make your staff proud and your customers feel they belong - be an AMAZING ambassador for the energie brand
- To ensure that the énergie programmes are delivered consistently - émpower, thé Yard, etc
- To ensure that the énergie émpower Programme delivers the guaranteed results that it promises
- To promote the club by generating leads and selling memberships
- To maintain high level of cleanliness, maintenance and adhere to all H&S process and procedures at all timesResponsibilities
- Class occupancy to be above 90% for any classes they deliver
- To sustain personal CPD profile that ensures they are operating at level 2 professional levels at all times
- To challenge and support members in ways that enables them to achieve their goals
- To maintain integrity and honesty that builds trust with in the energie team and the member community
- To promote and deliver exceptional results through énergie's signature émpower training programme
- To receive and promote great client testimonials on the outcomes of their ongoing personal training experience
- To work with colleagues to ensure that all clubs members feel that they belong with énergie
- To maintain high level of cleanliness, maintenance and adhere to all H&S process and procedures at all times
- To achieve sales and retention targets

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
