**The vacancy**

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join us in our rapidly expanding Medical team, looking after GP partnerships, individual GPs, locums, hospital consultants and associated limited companies.

The medical team works across our offices in Colchester and Ipswich.
- Good organisational skills, managing your workload and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and other members of the team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to be proactive in identifying practical solutions to internal and client issues.
- Understanding of the need to operate at a high level of confidentiality.
- The desire to solve complex technical problems.
- Adaptability and tenacity when working towards a solution.
- A positive attitude which can be seen in the delivery of excellent client service.
