Apprentice in Supervision Level 3 and Hospitality Level

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for an apprenticeship in Supervision Level 3 and Hospitality Level. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the hospitality and supervisory fields. This apprenticeship offers an excellent chance to learn from professionals in the field while gaining valuable work experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide superior customer service
- Assist with the implementation of supervisory policies and procedures
- Train and develop staff in hospitality and supervisory best practices
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes where necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
- Participate in the development of hospitality and supervisory strategies
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the hospitality or supervisory fields preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve quickly

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £5.30-£6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
