Assistant to The Board of Directors

**Introduction**:
Are you a versatile professional with a unique blend of administrative, project management, and business analysis skills? We are currently seeking an Assistant to the Board of Directors (M/F/d). This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our board members, oversee and coordinate projects, and contribute valuable insights through your business analysis expertise.
**What you will do**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, compiling meeting materials, and taking accurate minutes.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of board meeting presentations and materials, ensuring they are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Conduct business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and analyzing business processes.
- Collaborate with board members, executive staff, and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee and manage the execution of key projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project-related activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare insightful reports, and present findings and recommendations to the board and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices related to project management and business analysis.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
**What you should bring to the table**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in both administrative support and project management roles, preferably within a corporate environment or in consultancy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence, prepare reports, and deliver presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
