**Reservations Agent**

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Be fully conversant with all systems and computer procedures related to Reservations.
- Answer all telephone calls within three (3) rings and to deal with all calls in a friendly and professional manner and to company standards.
- Prioritize any correspondence from the day before and from externa guests and clients, to ensure efficient Customer service.
- To be aware of current and future availability on a daily basis, as well as any selling strategy proposed by Revenue with its restrictions.
- Be up to date with all short and long term promotions available at the hote
- Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible
- Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, and ensure compliance with regulations at all times.

**What we are looking for?**
- OPERA knowledge
- Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial
- Prior experience is a similar role
