**Hours**: 37.5 per week

**Location**: Hybrid: This is a hybrid role primarily based from home, with 1 day per week based in our head office just outside of Maidstone (Kings Hill). You must reside in the UK and have the correct right to work documents to work in the UK. If you’d prefer to work from an office more regularly please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

**Job Summary**

**Additional Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- You will be expected to thoroughly understand IT Terminology and how it can benefit our internal teams.
- In addition to writing content, you will also be responsible for editing and proofreading documents
- You will ensure that all documents are consistent and adhere to the standards of our organization
- Creating clear and concise material, taking care of editing and proofreading tasks
- Updating and maintaining a library of technical terminology and documentation
- Revising or rewriting existing technical literature
- Researching and gathering technical information from various members in the team including Directors
- Testing whether users understand newly developed material
- Producing electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Where there is documentation already compiled by internal Programmers, to provide guidance (using Business knowledge) to update the existing documentation for ease of understanding.
- Compilation of various documents relating to the company (external and internal use) will be required.
- Understanding of the company procedures, getting approval for any updates in production systems

**Personal Specification**
- Be able to understand and interpret SQL queries to be able to document table structure and relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a solid track record of producing engaging and effective technical content within a specific field.
- Show a working knowledge of software programs including authoring, graphic and presentation tools
- Experience in project management is beneficial for roles with more responsibility.
- Strong understanding of digital healthcare products and services
