**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on PLC, SCADA, and Industrial Automation for students enrolled in our programs.
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative course content that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance student learning and comprehension.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Industrial Automation to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a PLC SCADA Instructor/Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation principles, with expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Allen Bradley Studio 5000 PLC systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to their success and professional development.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
