**Regional Maintenance Person**

We are recruiting a Regional Maintenance person. As a Regional Maintenance person, you will positively promote excellent health and safety standards within and around the homes, supporting the Home Manager to maintain a safe environment for residents and colleagues. **As a Regional Administrator, you will**:

- Be responsible for the installation or repair and maintenance of Company property and equipment and undertake planned maintenance of the home in partnership with the Home Manager
- Advise, support and manage Home Maintenance personnel in conjunction with Home Manager and Property Manager
- Carry out daily maintenance and repairs to damaged/faulty company property or equipment prioritizing own workload
- Assemble and install new equipment or goods delivered to a home
- Follow guidance issued by the Regional Property Manager and Home Manager to ensure call outs to contractors are minimised
- Assist with the fire and water risk assessments and reviews
- Induct new team members on Fire Safety and training including the use of evacuation matts and fire drills as required
- Train Team Members in the safe and correct use of new equipment as required
- Attend the home for emergency call outs out of hours as required

**To succeed you will be**:

- Experienced in working within a maintenance environment
- Competent working in a fast paced environment with a desire to succeed
- An good communicator and influencer
- Confident and enthusiastic when carrying out fault finding and basic repairs to equipment
- A driver who holds a full driving licence
- An energetic, committed and approachable
