**Equans is looking for a Front of House Administrator to join our team in Retford, DN22 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £20,126 - £22,082, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**

**General Overview**:
This is a full-time position 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. The job will require a degree of flexibility to allow optimisation for reception cover by staggering start and finish times. You will be based in the reception and be responsible for providing an efficient Front of House (FOH) service to visitors and staff at West Burton B CCGT.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Carryout reception duties, using appropriate software packages including Word & Excel
- Provide administrative support to the on-site teams and be an integral part of the site induction process including A & D testing
- Welcome visitors and notify hosts, you will communicate with security and notify them of expected deliveries, visitors or of anything suspicious
- Act as the central focal point for visitors to the site, dispensing safety information and issuing visitor cards & maintaining presence monitoring data base
- Challenge anyone working in an unsafe manner
- Minute taking when required
- Manage and process post for customer
- Produce various reports on both a periodic and ad-hoc basis as directed
- Handle incoming calls to reception in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring appropriate follow-through action
- Assist with raising purchase order requests for PPE, stationery, service contracts, agency staff, monthly consumables, and other items/services as required
- Undertake other duties as required, these may be outside your normal duties but will be required to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the business.
