Consortium are pleased to be representing a highly successful and ever growing business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Demand Planner to their business.
As the Demand Planner, your role will include but not be limited to:

- Short mid
- and long-term demand planning for multi-product line manufacturing within FMCG
- Developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Previous experience of working in manufacuring is essential
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal departments
- A can-do attitude
- Ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Good organisation skills
- Experience of making improvements and implementing new processes
- Analytical approach to planning
- Experience of using an MRP and good on Excel is desirable
