We have an incredible in-house manufacturing facility, which sees our talented team of seamstresses, engineers, sculptors, joiners and painters all under one roof.

As a Creative Designer, you’ll not only be curating beautiful designs to brief and budget, but you’ll see them come to life before your eyes

We are looking for someone to bring fresh ideas, creativity and passion to the Seasonal party. You could be designing a Yeti's costume in the morning and a full commercial Christmas Grotto in the afternoon; ability to adapt is essential.

You'll be confident presenting new ideas to the team and prospective clients and meet deadlines comfortably. Organisation and strong communication skills and required to translate concepts and designs to the Head of Design and production team.

Required skills:
Adobe CC Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
Creativity No Christmas design experience required.
SketchUp/3D Software experience would be beneficial, but not essential

Job Description:
- To create visuals and concepts for Christmas decorations and displays from information supplied by sales department from a brief gained from the customer.

Key Points:
- Utilise strong written and verbal communication skills within the workplace and when corresponding with clients
- The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts and have confidence to be bold with your work
- Work well as part of the design team and with other departments
- Maintain proficient knowledge of design software and bring to Head of Design’s attention any potential new software or programs which could elevate the quality and output of the team
- Meet deadlines to brief and budget
- Research trends and create new product concepts regularly
- Gather market research and competitor analysis
- Visit sites and clients, for briefing meetings and surveys
- Work collaboratively with production departments, helping during busy periods when necessary
- Be present on installs and take downs
- Cost schemes and displays to be signed off by Head of Design and Managing Director
- Opportunity for growth in the role with in house marketing and design training

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
