Sales Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment are excited to recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in Middleton for a **Sales Administrator**. Working closely with our sales and warehouse team for inputting and despatch of all sales orders received.
**Role**: Sales Administrator
**Location**: Middleton
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 - 1 hour for lunch
**Salary**: £23,500
**Responsibilities include**:
**Sales admin**
- Using Sage 200 input all sales orders using Sage200
- Liaise with the warehouse and sales teams where necessary
- Amend, despatch and invoice all orders once picked
- Despatch using DPD for parcels or Express/Expect Distribution for pallets
- Deal with all payments transactions via card machine or World pay link and update both payment logs
- Assist with admin for the Sales team when needed.
**General Administration**
- Maintain a log and issue replacement products for Lifetime Guarantee customers.
- Respond to all Lifetime Guarantee enquiries with updates on replacements.
- Open and distribute all internal post.
- Answering the telephone and transferring internally.
- Deal with telephone enquiries effectively and transfer all calls to whoever concerned.
**Other Duties**
- Ensure all office staff maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
- Develop effective communication systems with all staff and customers of Blue Spot
- Undertake any training required by the company to increase job performance
- All other general office duties to include filing and keeping your office tidy
- Adhere to all Health & safety procedures in accordance to company policy
- Ad hoc activities as agreed by the managing Director
