**FUSION HOUSING** works across the Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield districts of West Yorkshire, providing help for our communities to find and maintain housing through legal advice, employment support, learning opportunities, supported accommodation and local food bank provision

**Location: Dewsbury and Huddersfield**

**Hours: Part time (25 hrs p/w) Monday to Friday (10am - 3pm)**
**Contract: Fixed Term until 31**st** March 2024**
**Salary: Band 2A £20,853 - £21,694 p/a pro-rata for part time work**

Two exciting vacancies have arisen to work within the Food and More/Initial Contact team as **RECEPTIONISTS** to offer administration support.

We are looking to appoint organised, positive people with great customer service skills and plenty of enthusiasm to work on our Front Desks at our Huddersfield and Dewsbury offices. The post holders will support our Food and More/Initial Contact services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established locally based Charity who help households facing homelessness and food poverty. Our Receptionists are a key part of a small team helping ensure everyone who contacts us feels welcome, valued and supported. Our Receptionists also help with administrative tasks and liaise with other Fusion Housing services.

**Applicants must**:

- Have good administrative and IT skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise their own work effectively.
- Like working as part of a team.
- Have experience of working directly with the public, perhaps in a Foodbank or Advice Service.
- Communicate well with a wide range of people.
