Stock Controller

Responsible for overall Food & Beverage stock and cost control in the sites (including upcoming)
- Asist in the implementation of Micros EPOS systems & provide support to the 3 current sites and upcoming (prior knowledge would be beneficial)
- Being the purchasing first point of contact for suppliers, vendors, and internal team.
- Set up maintain purchasing system with preferred supplier database ensuring new stock items have been input, stock and pricing changes updated with up-to-date recipes to obtain an accurate Cost of Sales.
- Ensure competitive pricing for goods and services on top selling lines by comparing supplier prices
- Reporting discrepancies to Head of Department and suppliers
- Arranging and delivery of requisition & transfer of beverages to outlets.
- Co-ordinating orders, receiving goods checking against delivery notes and purchase orders and credit notes for undelivered/ failed items.
- Oversee the monthly stocktaking in cellar and outlets. Will become Weekly stocktakes from 2023. Assist the sites and Managers with the reconciliation.
- Requisition processing.
- Support the Finance team with preparation of all stock related accruals
