- West Sussex Alternative Provision College (WSAPC) is an educational establishment based across the county on seven separate sites, providing education for pupils whom are permanently excluded, at risk of exclusion or too ill to attend school. - We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding provision for young people who may present with challenging behaviour. You will possess a good understanding of pupils with complex needs and display the confidence needed to work with pupil’s who experience social, emotional and mental health challenges. You will have be organised and have excellent people skills. This is a great opportunity to be part of a talented and hard working team that is pupil centred with high standards.

Preferably have experience of working in two or more key stages

- You will have:

- Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent Grade C or above- Meet HLTA Standard of equivalent qualification or experience
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills - equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths
- Working knowledge of national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes
- Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation
