My client, a food production and manufacturing group, is seeking to hire an interim CIO on an outside IR35 basis.
As the interim CIO, you will be working with the board and other senior stakeholders to deliver an innovative and collaborative technological vision across the business.
The main areas of focus for this role will centre around improving and remediating an outdated and not-fit-for-purpose IT landscape and upskilling and advising the existing team. The CIO will also look at business process improvement, designing and implementinga technology roadmap together with a new target operating model for IT.
Given the nature of the business (i.e. multisite food production / manufacturing) this will be an onsite role for the most part, but there may be some flexibility as to homeworking as the role progresses.
