**Sales Progressor, Newport**

**Salary circa. £23k basic plus commission, OTE 26k**

Our client is looking for an experienced estate agent or someone with a conveyancing background to join their busy estate agency in Newport.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the sales progression from offer acceptance to exchange and completion.

Main duties:

- This role requires a hard-working individual who can ensure that transactions proceed at a good pace by liaising with vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors and surveyors.
- Regularly keeping all parties well-informed throughout the sales transaction.
- Being proactive in addressing any possible delays or disputes throughout the process
- Answering the telephone and booking viewings, as well as negotiating offers on properties.

Skills and Experience required:

- Must be organised, efficient and have a strong attention to detail and be able to deliver excellent customer service within a target-driven environment.
