When appointed Bilfinger UK Scaffold Coordinator will assume all front-line management and supervision responsibilities for the safe, efficient and effective execution of all offshore Scaffolding activities. You will be the ensuring that key interfaces between Bilfinger UK and Client’s offshore management are developed and maintained to encourage effective working relationships and to provide efficient, cost effective support, ensuring compliance with competency and training requirements.

**KEY TASKS INCLUDE**:

- Single Point Accountability for all scaffolding offshore within the 6 week planning window
- Attends the fortnightly Activity Integration Meetings held between on & offshore including the fortnightly Execution Schedule Performance Meeting
- Proactively engages with activity SPA’s to prompt and ensure scaffold Work Orders are included in the asset Functional Plans
- Works closely with the Offshore Maintenance Planner to ensure scaffolding Work Orders are entered into SAP with estimated hours included in the MO.
- Works closely with the Offshore Planner to ensure sufficient resources - personnel, equipment & materials are available offshore to execute the work
- Acts as SAP Planner to input scaffolding estimates into SAP and move the work order status to ‘Approved’.
- Updates SAP on a daily basis showing progress against each activity.
- Signs off SAP MO’s when work has been completed
- Ensures that the asset plan has SAP Work Orders included for dismantling scaffolding once the work activity has been completed
- Reports progress to the onshore SPA’s, Programme Execution teams & Budget Holder
- Looks at opportunities to utilise System Scaffold as a more efficient means of access. Records each time system scaffold has been utilised and the hours saved by doing so in comparison to using tube & fittings.
- Responsible for ensuring that WAH, ladder & scaffold inspection are carried out in line with applicable regulations and records maintained.
- Responsible for equipment & scaffolding stock levels held offshore and ensuring that the tonnage is suitable for the work scheduled within the asset 12 week plans
- Responsible for minimising the number of long term standing scaffolds
- Focal point and responsible for all Bilfinger periodic administrative & reporting requirements from site.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Qualified in aspects of Scaffolding and holds Part 4 CISRS.
- Good technical knowledge and supervisory experience within core discipline Scaffolding
- Understanding of scaffold design criteria _& _be able to read design drawings
- Understanding of self-certification process (including scafftags)
- Previous offshore experience and demonstrate knowledge of offshore safety procedures
- Good communications skills and a team player with a proactive approach
- Experience in the use of Bilfinger Scaffold App
- Experience in the use of SAP
- Emergency Response Team certification would be preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of fabric maintenance activities would be desirable
- HERTM (desirable)
