Coordinating meetings and schedules
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
- Managing office files and databases
This role is office-based but we are happy to agree flexible hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Interest in pursuing a career in the legal sector.
- Relevant certifications, diplomas, or degrees preferred
