Role
- Able to work independently, demonstrating good leadership skills.
- Possesses good computer skills, good oral, and written communication.
- Monitor and regulate work volumes, evaluate, and reassign work to available technicians as needed.
- Communicate with technicians and/or other departmental employees to resolve issues in relation to work activity and any load imbalances.
- Develop necessary analytical skills to ensure that dispatchable work is processed accurately and efficiently.

Previous administration experience is preferred.

The profile of working hours will be a mix between UK and European business hours, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

Annual Leave: 33 days per annum (includes 8 UK Bank Holidays)

We are currently trialling a hybrid model of working which allows some home working. However, during your probation period you would be expected to work from our office based in Crewe.
