Adecco Sheffield are proud to have partnered with a major bespoke manufacturer in Sheffield S9 and we are currently looking for several plater/welders.

You will be responsible for producing high quality fabrications, on time, to budget and in a safe manner.

Pay: £14 P/H rising to £14.50

Hours: Days, Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm

Specification:

- Apprentice trained with City and Guilds in fabrication and welding or equivalent.
- Proof of recent welding coding's.
- Experience of working in quality driven environment
- Trained to ISO1090 and ISO3834 standards with a minimum welder qualification of BS EN ISO 9606 fillet and butt)
- Worked with various materials such as carbon steels, Stainless, Aluminium and other exotic specifications.
- Able to read and understand complicated technical drawings quality documents and QITP.
- Competent in all aspects of processing steel i.e. cutting, shearing, drilling and bending.
- Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output.
- Follow and adhere to procedures for both production and health and safety daily, weekly and monthly checks.
- Ability to work effectively and use own initiative.
- Be a team player and have a flexible / "Can Do" attitude.
