This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £29,499-£31,500 dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.**
**What will you deliver?**:
- To work closely with the Southern Water Helpdesk to deliver high working standards and safe maintenance practices in the delivery of the TFM (Total Facilities Management) services.
- To provide support and expertise to assist the helpdesk team and operational team.
- To supervise works carried out by specialist sub contractors, reporting anomalies to the operational leads.
- Work with operational leads to identify opportunities to self deliver subcontracted maintenance activities.

**Who are we looking for?**:
- Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
- Understanding of the FM industry
- Working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment
- Communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists
