**Job Opportunity - Accompanied Viewer.**

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic Accompanied Viewer to join our dedicated team.
- Working 16 Hours per week with Flexible Working Hours.
- Meets National Minimum Wage.
- A full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle is essential. Occasional traveling out of town will be necessary.

**Main Duties will include: -**
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing our diverse range of properties.
- Capture engaging photos and videos of properties for marketing purposes.
- Organise utilities including gas and electric pre payment meters.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Complete check-in and check-out inventories with meticulous attention to detail.
- Actively contribute to business growth initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent customer service skills, our tenants and potential tenants experience however big or small is at the forefront of everything we do.
- Proficient in computer usage for various tasks.
- Positive, can do attitude.
- Great time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
