We are looking for a determined and motivated individual to join our dynamic production team located in Tonbridge Kent. The role requires someone with experience of artwork and designing for print combined with a good eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

**The Role**

You will be:
Liaising closely with our internal account managers and customers to take design and artwork briefs.

Creating proofs for customers to approve

Checking, amending and pre-flighting artwork to ensure that it is suitable for our specialist product designs and the intended printing processes.

Checking colleagues’ work as they will check yours

Occasionally undertaking other duties of a similar nature to help the wider business.

Strictly following the procedures of our quality and environmental system

Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:
Thorough working knowledge of Adobe creative Suite including Indesign and Photoshop

Experience of using Office 365

The ability to work well as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

A flexible attitude within the workplace

A reasonable standard of Maths and English.
